The Society is established as an unincorporated association and is run on a not-for-profit basis by the Committee on behalf of the Members. Please find below details of our Constitution.
The Society has an AGM each year in May and materials from previous AGMs may be accessed below. Committee Members are elected to the Committee each year at the AGM.
